What counts as a site?
One physical premises counts as one site. If you operate a pub and a hotel, that's two sites.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, from 5 sites onwards. The more you add, the lower your per-site price. Your discount applies automatically as you add sites.
What's included in every plan?
Every compliance area, unlimited users, unlimited proof packs, and a full history of every change. Every plan covers the same areas. Plans differ on customisation and how you manage more than one site.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Essentials to Control instantly. You only pay for the days left in your billing period. Downgrade at any time and it takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, no onboarding charges, no hidden costs. Optional Quickstart setup is available if you'd like hands-on help getting started.
