UK compliance evidence
Compliance that proves itself
Compliance across the areas you're inspected on. Duty Room keeps recurring checks, records, and evidence in one place so teams and managers can see what is current across sites.
Compliance evidence for every UK site you run
Care homes, builders' merchants, leisure centres, schools: they all have inspection records to keep, and those records usually live in binders, inboxes, and spreadsheets, in a different place at every site.
Duty Room is the compliance evidence platform for premises that get inspected. It pulls every UK site's recurring checks and the records behind them into one place, so any location can show it's current the day an officer turns up. Head office can see which sites are up to date and which need chasing.

Questions & Answers
What is Duty Room?
Duty Room is a compliance evidence platform. It keeps the records that prove each UK site is compliant in one place, current and easy to find.
What kinds of business is it for?
Any UK premises that gets inspected: care homes, gyms, shops, warehouses, schools, offices. If an inspector, insurer, or auditor visits, Duty Room holds the records they want.
Which compliance areas does it cover in the UK?
Fire safety, gas safety, health and safety, food safety, licensing, employment records, and Martyn's Law. Each area has its own binder you can hand over on request.
Is it for one site or several?
Both. You can run Duty Room for one site, though it's built for operators with several: a record per site, plus one view of what's up to date and what's overdue across all of them.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per site, not per user, so staff, managers, contractors, and advisers can all use it. See UK pricing for current plans and rates.
Does it replace the software I already use?
No. Keep using whatever runs the business day to day. That software handles operations; Duty Room stores the compliance records those operations create, ready for when you're inspected.
Does Duty Room make me compliant?
Not on its own. It doesn't replace a competent-person assessment or professional advice. It keeps the resulting records organised and to hand, so you can prove compliance at inspection.
How is my data protected?
Duty Room follows UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is the UK's data protection regulator. You can export your data at any time.
