Florida compliance evidence
Compliance that proves itself
Food Safety, Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Liquor Compliance, and Employment Compliance. Duty Room keeps recurring checks, records, and evidence in one place so teams and managers can see what is current across sites.
Compliance evidence for every Florida site you run
Restaurants, hotels, bars, and food trucks all keep inspection records, and those records usually sit in binders, inboxes, and spreadsheets, in a different place at every site.
Duty Room is the compliance evidence platform for premises that get inspected. It covers the areas Florida inspects, from the Florida Fire Prevention Code and NFPA 96 to DBPR food service, OSHA and ADA Title III safety duties, the Responsible Vendor Program, and I-9, E-Verify, and SB 606 employment rules, and keeps every site's recurring checks and records in one place. Any location can show it's current the day an inspector turns up, and head office sees which sites are ready and which need chasing.

Questions & Answers
What is Duty Room?
Duty Room is a compliance evidence platform. It keeps the records that prove each Florida site is compliant in one place, current and easy to find.
What kinds of business is it for?
Any Florida site that gets inspected: restaurants, hotels, bars, food trucks, and more. If an inspector, insurer, or auditor visits, Duty Room holds the records they want.
Which compliance areas does it cover in Florida?
Five areas, each keyed to the named Florida regime. Fire safety for the Florida Fire Prevention Code and NFPA 96, food safety for DBPR and Food Manager certification, health and safety for OSHA and ADA Title III, liquor compliance for the Responsible Vendor Program and your ABT license, and employment compliance for I-9, E-Verify, SB 606, and the $15 minimum wage.
Is it for one site or several?
Both. You can run Duty Room for a single site, though it's built for operators with several: a record per site, plus one view of what's up to date and what's overdue across all of them.
Does Duty Room make me compliant?
Not on its own. It doesn't replace a professional assessment or your adviser's judgment. It keeps the resulting records organized and to hand, so you can prove compliance at inspection.
How is my data protected?
Your data is hosted in secure AWS data centers in the United States and never leaves the country. You can export it at any time.
