For consultants

Stay close to your clients between visits

You build the food safety program for restaurants and the OSHA program for hotels. Between your visits, temperature logs go unrecorded and training records expire. Duty Room turns your program into scheduled tasks, captures the evidence, and shows you what's been done.

Your toolkit

Tools for consultants with multiple clients

Multi-client dashboard

Create accounts for your clients, or join their existing ones. See which of your 35 clients has a lapsed food manager certificate or an overdue OSHA Form 300 across one dashboard.

Remote monitoring

Check whether the restaurant logged yesterday's temperatures or the hotel updated its HazCom binder. Save the drive when a quick look will do.

Starter templates

Each area comes with a starter template of common records and recurring checks. You adjust it to each client based on the program you've built for them. Duty Room provides the recordkeeping scaffold.

Proof Packs

Your client keeps their records in one place: temperature logs, food manager certificates, cleaning schedules, and training records. A tidy pack they can share with you, a DBPR inspector, an insurer, or an auditor when asked.

Task scheduling

Temperature logs every shift, fire extinguisher checks monthly, food manager cert renewals before they lapse, OSHA 300A posted on time. Set the schedule once and your dashboard flags what's overdue.

Full audit trail

Every check, signature, and upload gets a timestamp. Records are organised with their original date, so when an inspector asks, your client can find them.

Questions & Answers

How does Duty Room work for consultants?

Your clients subscribe to Duty Room and use it for day-to-day records: temperature logs, OSHA injury records, fire inspection records, food manager tracking. You set up their accounts or get added to existing ones. Your dashboard shows all client sites so you can see follow-through between visits and raise gaps with each client.

What areas does Duty Room cover?

Duty Room has starter templates for food safety (DBPR/FDA Food Code), OSHA workplace safety, fire prevention code, and ABT liquor licensing. Each template is a set of common records and recurring checks you can adjust to the program you've built for each client.

Do my clients need their own subscriptions?

Yes. Clients subscribe for their own sites. Consultant access is free.

Can I manage clients across multiple sites?

Yes. If a client operates several sites, you see all of them in one dashboard. You can see which sites are keeping up with their recurring work and which are falling behind.

What does it cost me as a consultant?

Nothing. Your clients pay for their subscriptions. Get in touch and we'll show you how it works.

I work in another state. Can I still use Duty Room?

We support Florida today. If you consult in another state, get in touch and tell us which one.

I work in another domain. Should I get in touch?
