Can I try Duty Room before committing?
Duty Room isn't live in US yet. Request early access and we'll onboard you personally when we launch.
What counts as a site?
One physical premises counts as one site. If you operate a bar and a hotel, that's two sites.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, from 5 sites onwards. The more you add, the lower your per-site price. Your discount applies automatically as you add sites.
What's included in every plan?
Every regulatory blueprint, unlimited users, unlimited proof packs, and full audit history. Every plan has the same compliance coverage. Plans differ on customization and multi-site oversight.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from Essentials to Control instantly. You only pay for the days left in your billing period. Downgrade at any time and it takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, no onboarding charges, no hidden costs. Optional Quickstart setup is available if you'd like hands-on help getting started.
