This is Duty Room for Canada. We have a version for your country.

For consultants

The records between your visits matter most

You build the safety program and run the JHSC meetings. Between your visits, your clients keep the records going. Duty Room turns the program into scheduled tasks, captures the evidence, and shows you what's been done.

Your toolkit

Tools for consultants with multiple clients

Multi-client dashboard

Your clients add you to their accounts, or you set them up yourself. See which of your 30 clients has an overdue workplace inspection or a lapsed JHSC meeting, all in one place.

Remote monitoring

Check whether the hotel finished its monthly inspection or the restaurant updated its Food Handler records. Skip the drive across the GTA when a quick check will do.

Starter templates

Each area comes with a starter template of common records and recurring checks. You adjust it to each client based on the program you've built for them. Duty Room provides the recordkeeping scaffold.

Proof Packs

Your client keeps their records in one place: JHSC minutes, inspection logs, training records, and safety program evidence. A tidy pack they can share with you, an MOL inspector, an insurer, or an auditor when asked.

Task scheduling

JHSC meetings every quarter. Workplace inspections every month. Fire drills and Food Handler renewals on schedule. Set them once and Duty Room handles the reminders. Your dashboard shows what's done and what's late.

Full audit trail

Every check, signature, and upload gets a timestamp in Duty Room. Records are organised with their original date, so when an MOL inspector asks, your client can find them.

Questions & Answers

How does Duty Room work for consultants?

Your clients subscribe to Duty Room and use it for day-to-day records: workplace inspections, JHSC notes, fire drill logs, food handler tracking. You set up their accounts or get added to existing ones. Your dashboard shows all client sites so you can see follow-through between visits and raise gaps with each client.

What areas does Duty Room cover?

Duty Room has starter templates for occupational health and safety, fire safety, food safety, and AGCO liquor licensing. Each template is a set of common records and recurring checks you can adjust to the program you've built for each client.

Do my clients need their own subscriptions?

Yes. Each client has their own subscription for their sites. We include consultant access at no extra cost.

Can I manage clients across multiple sites?

Yes. If a client operates several sites, you see all of them in one dashboard. You can see which sites are keeping up with their recurring work and which are falling behind.

What does it cost me as a consultant?

Consultant access is free. Get in touch and we'll show you what it looks like.

I work in another domain. Should I get in touch?

Yes. If your clients operate physical sites and need records for a regulator, tell us your area and we'll show you how the blueprints apply.
