Ontario compliance evidence
Compliance that proves itself
Fire Safety, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Liquor Compliance, and Employment Compliance. Duty Room keeps recurring checks, records, and evidence in one place so teams and managers can see what is current across sites.
Compliance evidence for every Ontario site you run
Ontario adds obligations faster than most operators can file them: seven Working for Workers Acts, administrative penalties under the fire code, AGCO youth compliance monitors testing whether staff check ID. The records that prove you're keeping up usually sit in binders, inboxes, and spreadsheets, in a different place at every site.
Duty Room is the compliance evidence platform for premises that get inspected. It covers the areas Ontario inspects, from the Ontario Fire Code and your Fire Safety Plan to OHSA duties, Food Handler certification, Smart Serve and your AGCO licence, and ESA records, and keeps every site's recurring checks and records in one place. Any location can show it's current the day an inspector turns up, and head office sees which sites are ready and which need chasing.

Questions & Answers
What is Duty Room?
Duty Room is a compliance evidence platform. It keeps the records that prove each Ontario site is compliant in one place, current and easy to find.
What kinds of business is it for?
Any Ontario site that gets inspected: restaurants, warehouses, retail stores, gyms, and more. If an inspector, insurer, or auditor visits, Duty Room holds the records they want.
Which compliance areas does it cover in Ontario?
Five areas, each keyed to the named Ontario regime. Fire safety for the Ontario Fire Code and your Fire Safety Plan, health and safety for OHSA duties, your JHSC, and WHMIS training, food safety for Food Handler certification and public health unit inspections, liquor compliance for Smart Serve and your AGCO licence, and employment compliance for ESA and Working for Workers records.
Is it for one site or several?
Both. You can run Duty Room for a single site, though it's built for operators with several: a record per site, plus one view of what's up to date and what's overdue across all of them.
Does Duty Room make me compliant?
Not on its own. It doesn't replace a professional assessment or your adviser's judgment. It keeps the resulting records organized and to hand, so you can prove compliance at inspection.
How is my data protected?
Your data is hosted in secure AWS data centres in Canada and never leaves the country. You can export it at any time.
